Tall Whitetop
Alias: Lepidium latifolium

Distinguishing features:
(information taken from "Weeds of the West," Revised, 1992)

  • Perennial plant growing 1 to 3 feet in height.
  • Leaves are bright green to gray-green, blade-shaped and lower leaves are larger than upper leaves.
  • Flowers are small and white in dense clusters near the ends of each branch.
  • Seeds are round and flat, slightly hairy and about 1/16 inch long. Reddish-brown in color.
